Salter Growth Advisory Call Book a free 30-minute call

Asked before almost every first call.

How does Salter Growth get paid?

Our delivery partners pay us when a client we bring them starts an engagement. You don't pay us anything. In practice we're fractional sales for three firms we've watched deliver, which is exactly why we keep the bench that small: a bad match costs us the relationship and the fee, so when none of them fits, we say so.

What exactly does Salter Growth do?

We're a digital transformation advisory firm that serves as our clients' independent trusted partner. Our approach is to help you assess problem areas, evaluate solutions, and engage the best-fit delivery partners. We stay involved through delivery to ensure what was committed to is delivered. That's our promise to you.

We're not a reseller, a staffing firm, or a software vendor. We're accountable to you – and only you.

What if none of your partners is the right fit?

Then we say so on the first call, and where we can, we point you toward someone better suited. We'd rather be the people you call again in eighteen months than the people who billed you once.

Is Agentforce actually ready, or is this another demo?

It's ready for narrow, well-fed jobs and not ready to run your company. Pick one process with clean inputs and a measurable output, prove it there, then widen. Anyone promising more than that on the first call is selling licenses.

Custom software sounds expensive. Is it?

Compared to a license, yes. Compared to years of workarounds, staff hours, and tools you fight, often not. Custom engagements start with a working prototype rather than a contract, so you get a real basis for the math before committing.

How fast do we see something real?

For custom builds, the prototype comes first and the core problem is typically solved in two to four weeks. For Salesforce work, the estate review produces findings within the first engagement, whether or not anything else happens.

Do you replace our IT team or our Salesforce admin?

No. Your people know the business; the bench brings depth in the corners they visit twice a year. Good engagements end with your team running more of the estate, not less.

What size organization do you usually work with?

Mostly mid-market. Big enough to have the problem properly, small enough that one bad technology decision is felt across the whole business.

How do we start?

A free thirty-minute call. You describe the problem, we ask questions, and it ends with a straight answer about fit, including no if that's the honest one. Book it from any page on this site or call +1 (248) 361-6554.

Not sure this is a fit?

That's exactly what the first call is for. Thirty minutes, no deck, and an honest answer at the end, including "no" if that's the honest answer.
